Since we're bar operators and brand owners, we're able to secure intimate consumer and operator knowledge from both sides of the bar. The Fat Tuesday Commercial On-Premise was conceived over 20 years ago to meet requests from other bar and restaurant operators looking to serve Fat Tuesday frozen daiquiris in their operations. Since we already owned a successful chain of frozen daiquiri bars, we were able to develop customized frozen drink programs for them using our knowledge and experience as operators. We offered guidance in selecting a list of "concept appropriate" daiquiri flavors and recommendations for choosing the correct freezing equipment for their needs.
