BLENDER RECIPE
Makes One 12 oz Serving
2 ½ oz Bellini Mix
1 ¾ oz Peach Chardonnay
1 oz Rum
12 oz Cubed or Crushed Ice
Blend until smooth and serve.FROZEN DRINK MACHINE RECIPE
Five Gallon Batch Recipe
4 x 32oz cartons Bellini Mix
4 x 750ml Peach Chardonnay
1.75 liters Rum
Water to Fill
Stir well. Pour into freezing machine
or refrigerate immediately. Note: For Non-Alcoholic version,
substitute water for spirits.
